Refund Policy

Who handles refunds

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds follow their policies and are granted by them.

App Store

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the purchase and choose Request a refund.

Google Play

Open the Play Store, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & history, find the purchase and choose Request a refund.

Petals

Petals and hints are in-game items with no cash value. Once spent or used, they can't be returned.

Missing purchases

If a purchase didn't arrive, restart Bloom on the same store account and it will be restored. On iPhone, you can also tap Restore purchases in the shop.
